PREMISES

The present General Sales Conditions regulate the purchase of goods and services, made available through the Internet by the website www.cantoneti.com under the distance selling regulations.

 

ORDERS

Local taxes and import duties may be required upon delivery! Our products ship from Ukraine and also from our warehouse in the USA.

Please check that all details and shipping/invoicing addresses are correct before submitting the order. In case there are errors please let us know as soon as possible at [email protected].

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The fulfillment of an order depends on the availability of the products ordered. In case the payment is made through PayPal the order will be processed as soon as the amount is credited.

Delivery times depend exclusively on the kind of shipment selected by the customer, on the transit times provided by the shippers and on eventual clearance delays.

 

YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN AN ORDER

Cantoneri guarantees a full refund with the exception of import duties and local taxes.

You can return a product to Cantoneri within 30 days of receiving your order. The refund will be issued within 10 days upon receiving the returned product. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our warehouse.

You cannot return:

  • Personalised products;
  • Products purchased for professional and/or commercial use;
  • Used or incomplete products will not be refunded.

Customers should give written notice of their wish to cancel the purchase via email at [email protected]neri.com

Cantoneri reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and to return them to the sender.

If an unauthorised return is accepted, an administrative/re-stocking fee will be charged or the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

The return shall be paid by the customer. For this reason, Cantoneri suggests using a tracked shipping system.

 

WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY

If the parcel is damaged upon delivery the customer should contact Cantoneri within 48 hours of the delivery.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the normal breakdown of colours and materials.

Luggage damage incurred during airline handling is not covered by this warranty, and claims in such cases should be made directly with the airline.
